摘要

我国乘用车第五阶段节能标准评价工况由NEDC工况切换至WLTC工况,对产品性能的法规符合性产生较大影响,其中插电式混合动力车型(PHEV)纯电续驶里程是变化最大、复杂程度最高的技术指标,有必要对其开展专项研究.提炼了现行试验方法影响因素,以一款PHEV车型为基础,搭建高精度仿真模型,进行大量寻优计算,测算出该车最优纯电续驶里程,该方法可以推广至用户工况的使用经济性开发和改善,有较强的学术价值和应用价值.

Abstract

The evaluation condition of the fifth stage energy saving standard of passenger vehicles in China is changed from NEDC to WLTC,which has a great impact on the regulatory compliance of product per-formance.Among them,the pure electric driving range of plug-in hybrid vehicle(PHEV)is the technical index with the biggest change and the highest complex degree,so it is necessary to carry out special re-search on it.This paper extracts the influencing factors of the current test method,builds a high-precision simulation model based on a PHEV model,carries out a lot of optimization calculation,and calculates the optimal pure electric driving range of the vehicle.This method can be extended to the economic develop-ment and improvement of user working conditions,and has strong academic value and application value.
