摘要
基于解析方法,通过对配缸间隙、活塞销偏置、活塞与缸套型线等影响因素的全面考虑,建立了汽油机活塞动力学模型并分析了活塞的二阶运动,对其产生的缸套强迫振动响应进行预测,并与测试结果进行比对.结果表明,通过解析方法建立的活塞动力学模型具有很高的分析精度.
Abstract
Based on the analytic method,the piston dynamics model of gasoline engine is established to analyze the second-order motion of the piston,and the forced vibration response of the cylinder liner is predicted by taking the cylinder clearance,piston pin bias,piston and cylinder liner profile into full con-sideration.The results show that the piston dynamic model established by analytic method has high ana-lytical accuracy.
