摘要

柴油机的高压缩比致使燃烧粗暴,形成强烈的燃烧敲缸声.对柴油机空转急加速过程中产生的敲缸异响进行详细的原因分析,发现对于自然吸气柴油机,在空负荷急加速的特殊工况下调整预喷提前角和轨压上升速率对改善燃烧敲击异响有较大的好处.当喷油提前角控制在 5~11°CA范围,轨压上升速率控制在 100 MPa/s时,燃烧噪声变得柔和,敲击异响消失,而预喷量对声品质改善贡献较小.

Abstract

The high compression ratio of the diesel engine causes rough combustion and a strong combus-tion sound.This paper analyzes the causes of the abnormal knocking sound caused by the rapid accelera-tion of diesel engine idling in detail.It is found that for naturally aspirated diesel engines,adjusting the pre-injection advance angle and rail pressure rise rate under the special condition of rapid acceleration of no-load has great benefits in improving the combustion knock squeak noise.When the injection advance angle is controlled in the range of 5-11°and the rail pressure rise rate is controlled at 100 MPa,the com-bustion sound becomes soft,the knocking noise disappears,and the pre-injection amount contributes less to the sound improvement.
