车架是决定摩托车驾驶安全性的核心部件,除了承受静载荷外,还承受行驶过程中的动载荷和冲击载荷.车架是摩托车的承重骨架,前后悬挂系统、动力系统、制动系统、电控系统和转向装置等都需要有序合理地连接在车架上.在满足强度和刚度要求的前提下,模块化车架结构紧凑、工艺性好、便于产品族构建、可缩短新品开发周期、成本低、便于整车维护、可以满足个性化改装需求.
Design and Application of Modular Motorcycle Frame
The frame is the core component that determines the safety of motorcycle driving.In addition to bearing static loads,it also bears dynamic and impact loads during driving.The frame is the load-bearing frame of a motorcycle,and the front and rear suspension system,power system,braking system,electronic control system and steering device need to be connected to the frame in an orderly and reasonable manner.On the premise of meeting the requirements of strength and stiffness,the modular frame structure is com-pact,has good processability,is convenient for product family construction,can shorten the new product development cycle,has low cost,is easy for vehicle maintenance,and can meet personalized modification needs.
