摘要
在某乘用车型强化路试过程中,发现前轮毂有润滑脂渗漏现象.通过对轮毂轴承的结构设计、尺寸设计、总成安装、油脂选型、润滑脂加注、密封安装等可能存在的问题进行分析、排查,确认轮毂轴承润滑脂渗漏的主要原因为润滑脂加注工艺有问题,导致油脂分布不均,单侧油脂堆积最终溢出.随后提出了更改油脂加注方向及调整密封圈配合公差的优化改进方案,并对优化改进后的轮毂轴承进行了台架试验验证.验证结果表明,优化改进后的轮毂轴承无润滑脂渗漏问题出现.
Abstract
In the course of intensive road test of a passenger vehicle,grease leakage was found in the front wheel hub.Through the analysis and investigation of the possible problems of hub bearing structural de-sign,size design,assembly installation,grease selection,grease filling,seal installation,etc.,it is con-firmed that the main reason for the leakage of hub bearing grease is the problem of grease filling process,resulting in uneven oil distribution,one-sided oil accumulation and eventual overflow.Then the optimized and improved scheme of changing the grease filling direction and adjusting the fitting tolerance of the seal ring is put forward,and the optimized and improved hub bearing is verified by bench test.The verification results show that there is no grease leakage problem in wheel hub bearing after optimization and improve-ment.
