摘要

量产车评估(PVE)测试是国六标准中OBD生产一致性自查新增的主要内容之一,其中,PVE-J2 测试项目是行业需面对的技术难题.根据现有传统燃油车的测试经验,对PVE测试进行了梳理.以混合动力车型为例,对混合动力系统PVE-J2 测试中相关的高压部件进行了研究,分析了各部件典型故障的监控原理和诊断机制,并通过对各部件CAN和LIN网络下典型故障的研究,制定了多类型通信网络架构下混合动力系统故障模拟方法.此研究方法对PVE测试的推进具有参考意义.

Abstract

The production vehicle evaluation(PVE)testing is one of the main contents newly added to COP self-inspection in the China VI standard.Due to the late start in China,the PVE-J2 testing is a technical problem that the industry are facing.Based on the test experience of traditional gasoline vehicles,this paper makes a systematically introduction to the PVE testing.In the meantime,taking the hybrid vehicle as an ex-ample,the high-voltage components of the hybrid system relevant in the PVE-J2 testing are studied,and the monitoring principle and diagnosis mechanism of typical malfunction in each component are analyzed.Through the simulation and description of typical malfunction under CAN and LIN networks,the ideas and methods of malfunction simulation of hybrid systems under multi-type communication network architecture are materialized,which have reference significance in advancing the PVE testing.
