通过对绝缘电阻进行多组对照试验,根据测试点选取位置不同、参考电阻设置不同、测试设备内阻不同对绝缘电阻测试结果产生的影响,对电动摩托车动力蓄电池的绝缘电阻测试方法进行了研究.并通过模拟绝缘电阻的方法进行验证,对未来标准的更新、测试方法的改进和完善提出了参考建议.
Research on Insulation Resistance Measurement Method for Power Batteries about the Standard GB 24155-2020
The study examined the effects of varying test point locations,reference resistance settings and internal resistance of testing equipment on insulation resistance test outcomes through multiple control ex-periments.The insulation resistance test method for electric motorcycle power batteries was studied.Fur-thermore,by simulating insulation resistance,the study provided verification and offered reference sugges-tions for future standard updates,as well as the improvement and refinement of testing methods.
