基于频率响应计算的发动机爆震传感器位置设计

在某型号 3 缸汽油发动机前期开发阶段,根据发动机爆震引起燃烧室共振并传播给缸体的现象,通过有限元分析,使用GT-power软件与Abaqus/Standard求解器对缸体进行了频域下的频率响应计算,并对计算结果进行了分析,以确定合适的爆震传感器位置.
Location Design of Engine Knock Sensor based on Frequency Response Calculation
In the early development stage of a 3-cylinder gasoline engine of a certain model,according to the phenomenon of combustion chamber resonance caused by engine knock and propagating to the cylin-der block,the frequency response of the cylinder block in the frequency domain was calculated by using GT-power software and Abaqus/Standard solver through finite element analysis.The calculation results were analyzed to determine the appropriate knock sensor location.
