摘要
为了全面识别、理解健康管理类APP用户持续使用的影响因素,本文采用概况性评价对2010-2022年发表的27篇健康管理类APP用户持续使用影响因素相关文献进行分析,对研究方法、结局变量以及信息生态维度下的影响因素进行总结.概述识别了以结构方程模型为主的研究方法、以持续使用意愿为主的结局变量,以及信息人、信息、信息技术和信息环境四个维度下的17个影响因素和健康管理类APP用户持续使用影响因素的综合模型,并在此基础上对未来研究及APP开发商提出建议.
Abstract
To comprehensively identify and understand the research methods,outcome variables,and the influential factors of users'continuous use of health management APP,studies published between 2010 and 2022 were summarized using the scoping review.Twenty-seven studies were analyzed and we summarized that the structural equation model was the main research method,the continuous use intention was the main outcome variable,and 17 influential factors in the four dimensions of information-specific,user-specific,information technology-specific and information environment-specific were identified.A comprehensive model of influential factors for users'continuous use of health management APP was constructed,and detailed suggestions were proposed for future research and APP developers.
