The Legal Guarantee of Educational Equity in the Digital Transformation of Education
Promoting the digitization of education is not only an inevitable way to promote the moderniza-tion of education,but also poses a brand-new challenge to educational equity in the new period.Requirements for achieving educational equity is highly compatible with the structure of the right to education's payment obli-gation function,corresponding to the citizen's original payment right and derivative payment right.Among them,the dimension of the original right to payment constitutes the foundation of educational equity,requiring the State to provide bottom-line educational payments;while the derivative right to payment is closely linked to the general right to equality,requiring the State to equitably distribute existing educational resources.
