摘要
深入挖掘、盘活优化存量资源是进一步推动老旧小区改造的重要抓手,也是加快建设宜居社区的重要举措.基于动态能力视角对老旧小区存量资源改造典型案例的分析,可以发现其内在的实践逻辑.为实现老旧小区存量资源改造的有序运维,社区需强化自身感知能力、重构能力和造血能力,构建合作网络机制,强化改造+服务机制,完善微利可持续机制.
Abstract
In-depth excavation and optimization of stock resources are important approach to further pro-mote the renovation of old communities,as well as important measures to accelerate the construction of livable communities.Based on typical case analysis,this paper explains the practical logic of renovating stock resourc-es in old communities from a dynamic capability perspective.In order to achieve orderly operation and mainte-nance of the remodeling of stock resources in old communities,it is necessary for the community to strengthen its perception capability,reconstruction capability,and self-regeneration capability.This can be done by es-tablishing a cooperative network mechanism,reinforcing the remodeling + service mechanism,and improving the sustainable micro-profit mechanism.
