摘要
资本是促进农业农村现代化和农民共同富裕的重要生产要素.在资本下乡背景下,村企如何实现互惠共赢是促进乡村振兴与村落共同富裕的时代课题.资本下乡有序促进乡村产业振兴,关键在于地方政府引导资本市场逻辑与乡土逻辑的有效对接,推动工商资本与村落打造利益共同体.
Abstract
Capital is an important factor of production that promotes the modernization of agriculture and rural areas and the common prosperity of farmers.In the context of capital going to the countryside,how to achieve mutual benefit and win-win situation for village enterprises is an era topic to promote rural revitaliza-tion and common prosperity of villages.The key to orderly promoting the revitalization of rural industries through capital going to the countryside lies in the effective connection between local governments'guidance on capital market logic and local logic,and the promotion of industrial and commercial capital and the creation of a community of interests in villages.
