Structural Integration of Technology Implementation:Logical Analysis of the Operation of Digital Supervision System
The essence of digital supervision system construction is to use big data and other technologies to solve the problem of information asymmetry,and its internal logic can be summarized as"the structural inte-gration of technology implementation".Through the analysis of the"big supervision platform"case of Guang-zhou Development Group Incorporated,it is found that the embedding of information technology,such as big data,can realize the dynamic supervision of the integrity risk of leading cadres and the whole process of power operation and real-time supervision.In practice,eliminating information barriers,increasing departmental synergy and strengthening the main responsibility are the prerequisites for the implementation of technology.From the basic structure,technology embedding supervision and governance to promote information integra-tion,function integration and system integration.From the internal logic,information co-construction and sharing is the only way to information integration,responsibility expansion is the key link of function integra-tion,and responsibility implementation is an important basis for system integration.
