摘要
新时代,错综复杂的国际国内局势对我国法治提出了更高要求.法治价值是法治的精神内核,是决定法治走向和法治效果的关键因素.在法治价值的系统视阈下解析社会主义法治的三重价值内涵,以及社会主义法治价值对于中外传统法治价值的超越,有助于理清新时代中国特色社会主义法治的价值实现进路.
Abstract
Since the new era,the complex domestic and international situation has put forward higher re-quirements for the rule of law in China.The value of the rule of law is the spiritual core of the rule of law,and it is the key factor determining the direction and effectiveness of the rule of law.Under the systematic perspec-tive of the value of the rule of law,the analysis of the threefold value connotation of socialist rule of law and the transcendence of the value of socialist rule of law to the traditional value of Chinese and foreign rule of law are helpful to clarify the value realization approach of the rule of law with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
