Establishing a convergence mechanism between the financial stability fund and the deposit in-surance fund meets the urgent need to maintain financial stability currently.Now the convergence of the two funds is still in its preliminary exploration stage,facing the challenges of the absence of valuation of legal inter-ests,the lack of clear boundaries of rights and responsibilities,and the dysfunction of supporting mechanisms.The legislation urgently needs to establish the values of the systemic risk bottom line principle and the market priority principle,supplement the legal norms of the two funds'functional position,convergence standards,and application sequence,and improve the coordination of decision-making mechanisms and information-sharing mechanisms as supporting safeguards.
