摘要
当前中国互助养老存在着内在驱动力不足、定位与发展方向不够明晰的问题.通过剖析几类主要的互助养老模式产生和发展的内在驱动力,发现在党建引领这一内在驱动力之外,各类互助养老模式有其独特的驱动.为了进一步深入挖掘互助养老的内在驱动力,持续激发老年人的"互助"动能,明确互助养老的定位与发展方向,提出坚持党建引领、重构社会文化支持体系、营造社区熟人环境、构建互助养老的分层次发展模式等对策建议.
Abstract
Currently,there are problems of insufficient internal driving force,unclear positioning and de-velopment direction in China's mutual aid for the aged.This study analyzes the internal driving forces of the emergence and development of several main types of mutual aid mode in contemporary Chinese society,as well as the location and development direction of mutual aid.It is found that in addition to the internal driving force of Party building leadership,all kinds of mutual aid models have their own unique driving forces.In or-der to further tap the internal driving forces of mutual aid,continuously stimulate the"mutual aid"kinetic en-ergy of the elderly,and clarify the positioning and development direction of mutual aid,the authors put for-ward such countermeasures and suggestions as adhering to the guidance of Party building,restructuring the so-cial cultural support system,creating a community acquaintance environment and building a hierarchical de-velopment model of mutual aid.
