Tracing the Marxist Theory of Grassroots Governance Capacity Building:Textual Analysis Based on The French Civil War
Strengthening the capacity building of grassroots political power governance is the core content of the current modernization of grassroots governance, which can be traced back to the source, and can be in-spired by the classic works of Marxism and its ideas on the construction of proletarian political power. The French Civil War is a classic document created by summarizing the historical experience of the Paris Commune movement, which condenses Marx's systematic thinking on the construction of proletarian power, including the functions of the proletarian power, the discussion of the ability of the proletarian power to manage society, and the condensation of experience in the capacity building of the political power. This has laid a theoretical foundation for the construction of grassroots political governance capacity in China, and shows that in the new era,we should adhere to the people-centered value orientation, lead all governance subjects to build consen-sus and unified action with party building, rely on vertical administrative execution ability and horizontal pub-lic service ability to coordinate the ability of political power to govern, and promote the dynamic innovation of grassroots political governance capacity building with problem awareness and the demands of the times.
