数字普惠金融对资源型城市经济发展的影响及机制

摘要
加快资源型城市经济发展,是促进区域协调发展的重要环节.基于2011-2020年中国115个资源型城市的面板数据,研究数字普惠金融对资源型城市经济发展水平的影响及机制发现:数字普惠金融显著提升了资源型城市经济发展水平,且该结论通过了一系列稳健性检验.数字普惠金融对资源型城市经济发展水平的提升效应对衰退型资源型城市更为显著,并主要通过数字普惠金融覆盖广度起作用.数字普惠金融通过推动产业结构升级、促进创业来带动就业、增强非国有经济对经济发展的带动效应三条路径,提升了资源型城市经济发展水平.因此,要充分利用数字普惠金融赋能资源型城市产业转型升级,促进创业以及非国有经济发展,形成经济增长新动能.
Abstract
Accelerating the economic development of resource-based cities is an important aspect of pro-moting regional coordinated development.Based on the panel data of 115 resource-based cities in China from 2011 to 2020,this study examines the impact and mechanism of digital inclusive finance on the economic de-velopment level of resource-based cities.The research finds that digital inclusive finance significantly pro-motes the economic development level of resource-based cities,and this conclusion also holds after robust tests.The promotion effect of digital inclusive finance on the economic development level of resource-based cities is more pronounced in declining resource-based cities and works mainly through the coverage breadth of digital inclusive finance.Digital inclusive finance primarily improves the economic development level of re-source-based cities through three pathways:promoting industrial structural upgrading,fostering entrepreneur-ship for employment,and enhancing the driving effect of the non-state economy on economic development.Therefore,it is important for the resource-based cities to fully utilize the digital inclusive finance to empower the industrial upgrading,entrepreneurship,and the development of non-state economy,thus generating new driving forces for economic growth.
