Live streaming is emerging as a new force in rural economic development;however,embed-ding live streaming into the rural economic, social, and cultural systems necessitates the coordination of vari-ous interests. How to better leverage live streaming to support rural revitalization has become a pressing con-temporary issue.By examining H Village in J County,Central China, the study reveals that rural cadres and village-level organizations play a pivotal local role in promoting agriculture through live streaming:by con-necting the government, villagers, capital, and technology, they guide rural internal actors from spontaneous to self-directed and then to symbiotic actions, thereby stimulating endogenous development momentum.Horizontally, they advance the organization and institutionalization of live streaming for agricultural support, forming a community of interests and charting a path of rural development with Chinese characteristics. The key to live streaming assistance for agriculture lies in the internal connections and symbiosis within the village and in valuing the essence of the villagers. The long-term development goal is the digital transformation of rural governance, fostering harmonious coexistence among rural elements, and ultimately achieving rural mod-ernization.
