Analysis of Five Major Relationships in Further Comprehensively Deepening Reform
When elaborating on the principles and contents of further comprehensively deepening re-forms,the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China pointed out that"we must adhere to a systematic approach,handle the major relationships between the economy and soci-ety,government and market,efficiency and fairness,vitality and order,development and security."Material-ist dialectics is the core of Marxist philosophy.To deeply understand the connotation of these five major rela-tionships lies in using dialectics from a philosophical perspective to handle the relationship between economy and society,using dialectics of political economy to handle the relationship between government and the mar-ket,using the dialectics of"Real Man"to handle the relationship between efficiency and fairness,using the di-alectics of dynamic balance to handle the relationship between vitality and order,and using the dialectics of stability and long-term progress to handle the relationship between development and security.The entire sys-tem of further comprehensively deepening reforms contains five major relationships:economy and society,gov-ernment and market,efficiency and fairness,vitality and order,and development and security.The conceptu-al core of the five major relationships also runs through the spirit of the Decision.It is a methodological magic weapon to guide us in promoting China's modernization.
