The Institutional and Normative System of the CPC's Self-revolution:Content Architecture,Operating Mechanisms and Optimization Path
The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China em-phasized the need to improve the Institutional and Normative System of the Communist Party of China's Self-revolution,and enhance the Party's leadership in further deepening reform and advancing Chinese moderniza-tion.This highlights the Party's strong awareness of using an institutionalized and systematic approach for Self-revolution to guide and lead the great social revolution.In terms of content architecture,the Institutional and Normative System of the Party's Self-revolution exhibits a four-tiered structural characteristic,encompassing fundamental norms,substantive norms,content-oriented norms,and guarantee-oriented institutional norms.In terms of operating mechanisms,this system forms four major mechanisms:power,synergy,assessment,and optimization during its functioning.In the new era,it is necessary to follow the logic of"content-subject-execution-innovation"and focus on system perfection,subject recognition,execution assurance and institu-tional innovation,to promote the Institutional and Normative System of the Communist Party of China's Self-revolution to be more perfect,mature,and standardized,thus providing strong momentum and a solid guaran-tee for Chinese modernization.
