The Logical Path of Enabling Rural Digital Development to Upgrade the Intelligent System for Rural Eldercare Industry
Under the dual policy driving force of China's rural revitalization strategy planning and digital rural construction,the intelligent upgrading of rural elderly care industry is imperative.Based on the examina-tion of"Digital Rural Technology-Rural Elderly Care Industry",this study selects County Y in the mountain-ous area of southwestern Anhui as a typical case where there is an urgent,difficult,and anticipated demand for eldercare under spatial disadvantages,aiming to clarify the mutual construction relationship between"intel-ligent tools"(means of production),"composite talents"(laborers),and"new qualitative productivity"(la-bor objects)in the process of reshaping the traditional elderly care paradigm from an academic perspective,as well as the"intelligent efficiency"proliferated on the basis of the optimal combination of the three.Further-more,it proposes the creation of an intelligent rural elderly care industry system integrating"Internet+Inter-net of Things+talent pool"architecture into an"Internetization+digitization+specialization"three-effect in-tegrated model.
