Impact Mechanism and Improvement Path of Digital Economy Empowering Urban Resilience
As the complex social ecosystem,cities are facing increasing uncertainties and unknown risks,the digital economy will improve urban ability to cope with disasters and risks.Using the SFIC analysis framework to embed the digital economy into urban resilience,research has found that the digital economy has created new technological conditions and ecological environments to enhance urban economic resilience,so-cial resilience,organizational resilience,and security resilience.The transformation of production,lifestyle,and governance methods is constantly shaping new urban forms.However,it also faces multiple internal con-flicts between digital transformation and resilience governance.In order to systematically enhance the city's ability to cope with various risks and challenges,it is necessary to implement policies from multiple aspects,such as integration of data and reality,planning guidance,scenario expansion and system integration,so as to fully leverage the positive role of digital economy in empowering urban resilience.
