Development and Issues of Public Health Law in the Context of Healthy China
The construction of Healthy China has promoted the in-depth development of public health law."Freedom under health"has become an important goal of public health law.Integrating the concept of jus-tice into public health law effectively responds to the practical need for equal access to health rights for Chi-nese citizens.Therefore,theoretically,we should attempt to establish a doctrinal system of health rights based on health justice.Legal epidemiology is important subject for the future development of public health law.Intro-ducing the principles and methods of legal epidemiology to analyze and evaluate public health interventions meets the higher requirements of the public health law in the new era in terms of scientificity.
