摘要
中医药通过调控细胞自噬对骨性关节炎(OA)有良好的治疗作用,其主要通过抑制炎症因子生成、调节软骨细胞增殖和凋亡、抗细胞氧化应激、维持软骨细胞稳态和恢复细胞外基质等机制发挥作用.本文对中医药通过调节自噬治疗OA的作用机制进行综述,为中医药在防治OA的研究中提供新思路.
Abstract
The regulation of autophagy by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has a good therapeutic effect on osteoar-thritis(OA).It mainly involves several mechanisms,such as inhibiting the production of inflammatory factors,regulating chon-drocyte proliferation and apoptosis,resisting cellular oxidative stress,maintaining chondrocyte homeostasis and restoring the extracellular matrix.In this article,the mechanisms of TCM in treating OA by regulating autophagy are reviewed,providing new ideas for the study of TCM in the prevention and treatment of OA.
