A Quantitative Study of the Quality of Normal Universities Presidents in China
The president is a university＇s core leadership.It largely determine the basic quality of the school management level.In the historical environment of higher education reform,quantification reasearch on the basic quality of university presidents has important theoretical and age significance.In this study,the principal domestic 37 Normal as the sample,their qualifications,academic background,working age,work experience,academic level and other indicators for statistical analysis,the principal of the Normal basic qualities,based on results of university selection and appointment of principal made some reasonable suggestions.
