摘要
中国大学党委书记与校长之扞格的产生源于新中国双首长制对民国时期单首长制的消解。这种双首长制难以为大学提供有效的本体性安全,并孕育出大学发展集体性的焦虑与促成教育家办学的集体认同。而还原大学公共舆论空间的身份、设计大学校长单首长制的制度通道、变革党委书记为监督主体与创新大学校长遴选制是化解其扞格的路径。
Abstract
The conflict between secretary of the Party Committee and the university principal comes from system of two-man leadership in New China eliminating system of one-man leadership in the Republic of China.The system of two-man leadership is difficult to provide effective ontology security for university,on the contrary,it promotes the nationalization of the university of reproduction and gives birth to collective anxiety in the university reform and development,and it contributed to another kind of social identity which based on the running of collective identity of educators.To solve the conflict of system of two-man leadership,should restore public opinion space of university,design system of one-man leadership,reform party committee secretary for main supervision and innovation university president selection system.
