摘要

怎样将一堂课上好?光靠写出来的“显性教案”不能完全达到上好课的目的,贯穿整堂课的“隐性教案”至关重要。教师要将个体隐性知识糅合到“显性教案”,使“显性教案”交织“隐性教案”,教学手记能够将其交相辉映的亮点呈现出来,使教师个体的隐性知识成为可供众多教师借鉴的“显性教案”——以“Love Without Limitations”一堂英文课传递给学生“无限的爱”为例。

Abstract

How to give a good class? Just rely on a written "dominant teaching plan"? Of course you can not achieve the good teaching purpose. However, the hidden one which goes through the whole class is the crucial teaching plan. Teacher's individual hidden knowledge makes into dominant and hidden teaching plan. Teaching notes after class can show its highlight of radiance and beauty. With an English class Love Without Limitations as an example, this teaching note makes the teacher's individual hidden knowledge be many teachers' reference dominant teaching plan.
