摘要
“制度”是社会学的一个重要研究传统，然而社会学的制度研究一直没有如经济学、政治学的制度研究那般大行其道。现代社会是一个“全球性风险社会”，而风险社会的本质是人类社会的制度性危机。“回归”制度并直面“制度”议题，理应成为社会学研究的题中之意。
Abstract
＂Institution＂ is an important research tradition in sociological field, but in- stitution of the sociology research has not been popular like institution research in the fields of economics and politics. The modern society is a ＂global risk society＂, and its essence is the institutional crisis of human society. Bringing institution back and facing in- stitutional issues should be an important topic in the study of sociology.
