摘要
为了反映西部地区地方普通高校生均经费支出的现状，本文以生均事业性支出和生均基建支出两个渠道为比较维度，对2000年、2005年和2009年三个时间段西部地区地方普通高校生均经费支出的情况进行分析比较，以发现其中存在的主要问题，并针对这些问题提出相关建议。
Abstract
In order to reflect current situation of average education expenditure of lo- cal regular institutions in Western Area, this paper compares average education expendi- ture of local regular institutions in Western Area in 2000, 2005,2009 based on the average service spending and the average infrastructure spending. Following this, we come to find the main existing problems and the relevant solutions.
