大学生学习动力状况以及与学校归属感的相关研究
Study of College Students＇ Learning Motivation and Their Belongingness

摘要
本文以研究大学生学习动力的现状特点，分析学习动力的影响因素以及与学校归属感的关系为目的，随机抽取了北方工业大学235名大学生作为研究样本，应用学习动力评定量表和学校归属感问卷测试进行调查研究。研究结果表明，大学生学习动力总分以及各个维度在性别差异上不显著，在生源地、年级上差异显著，大学生学习动力和学校归属感存在显著的相关性。
Abstract
Focusing on researching the feature of college students learning dynam- ic, analysis of the factors that affect learning motivation and its connection with belonging- ness of campus, with a method of cluster sampling a rating scale of learning dynamic and questionnaire survey was conducted among 23.5 students from North China University of Technology. The result shows that the score of college students learning dynamic and every aspect have not significant differences between genders, while they have significant differences between regions and grades. All aspects of college students learning dynamic have a close relation with campus belongingness.
