摘要
中外合作办学在我国高等教育中已经走过了近三十年的辉煌历程，既取得了丰硕的成果，又存在一些亟待解决的问题。本文一方面对当前我国中外合作办学进行了统计，并依据统计数据分析了其特点；另一方面，对中外合作办学进行了SWOT分析。
Abstract
Chinese - foreign Cooperation of School Running in Higher Education has a glorious history of about thirty years in China. Although it has achieved plentiful fruits, it also has some urgent problems need to be solved. Firstly, this article collected the data of Chinese -foreign Cooperation of Higher Education. Secondly, it analyzed the charac- ters of Chinese -foreign Cooperation of Higher Education. At last, it made a SWOT a- nalysis on it.
