A Three-dimensional Survey of the Modernization of Chinese Rural Governance
The modernization of Chinese-style rural governance refers to a strategic orientation that helps realize the moderniza-tion of Chinese-style agriculture and rural areas,with the primary premise of adhering to the political attributes of"Chinese characteristics",with the basic requirement of being committed to solving the problems of unbalanced and insufficient develop-ment of rural society and the contradictions both inside and outside the rural society,with the innovation of rural social govern-ance methods as the main means,and with the modernization of rural social governance system and governance capacity as an important goal.However,the current rural governance faces multi-dimensional difficulties such as the lack of a multi-gov-ernance pattern,the lack of governance resources,and the complexity and diversity of governance problems.To promote the modernization of rural governance,it is necessary to start from three aspects:building a multi-governance pattern,making up for the shortcomings of rural governance resources,and improving the construction of rural governance systems and mecha-nisms.
