Research on the Mechanism and Path of Empowering Rural Revitalization with New Agricultural Management Entities
Under the national and agricultural conditions of"large country and small farmers",the development and growth of new agricultural management entities are of great significance for accelerating agricultural modernization and achieving compre-hensive rural revitalization.Focusing on the"Five Revitalizations"of rural areas,this paper adopts the methods of literature review,on-site investigation,and case study to deeply analyze the mechanism of the new agricultural management entities empowering rural revitalization,and based on the analysis of the development bottlenecks of the new agricultural management entities,proposes optimization paths for further empowering rural revitalization.The results indicate that theoretically,the three organizational forms of new agricultural management entities can empower rural industrial revitalization,cultural revital-ization,talent revitalization,ecological revitalization,and organizational revitalization to varying degrees and forms.However,in reality,the overall development of new agricultural management entities is still in a long-term stage,resulting in limited ef-fectiveness.In response to the key bottlenecks faced by the development of new agricultural management entities,the next step urgently needs to focus on breakthroughs in developing agricultural socialized services,breaking through factor bottleneck con-straints,and strengthening interest linkage relationships,in order to better empower the realization of comprehensive rural re-vitalization.
