Analysis of the Treatment of Canine Ureteral Obstruction with Subcutaneous Ureteral Bypass Cmplantation
Ureteral Obstruction is a common clinical disease in pets.In order to effectively treat dogs with stone obstruction of the ureter,the trial used clinical examination,laboratory and imaging methods to confirm the diagnosis of the dog,and treated it based on the diagnostic results.The dog was ultimately diagnosed with kidney stones and ureteral stones leading to ureteral obstruction and secondary chronic kidney failure.After consultation with the pet owner,subcutaneous ureteral bypass implan-tation was used for treatment.The hematological indicators of the affected dog gradually returned to normal,clinical symptoms and manifestations disappeared,and the affected dog recovered.The experimental results indicate,the use of subcutaneous ure-teral bypass implantation is effective in the treatment of canine ureteral obstruction,with a good prognosis.This can provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of ureteral obstruction in dogs.
