高校推进政治监督具体化精准化常态化实践研究

摘要
高校推进政治监督是坚持社会主义办学方向,构建中国特色现代大学制度的政治基础.推进政治监督具体化精准化常态化是坚持党委领导下校长负责制,提升高校治理效能的有力保障,也是深化现代教育改革创新的重要举措.政治监督存在理论与实践张力,要强化政治监督无禁区、全覆盖、零容忍,构建一体推进"三不腐"机制,实现高等教育可持续健康发展.
Abstract
Promoting political supervision in universities is the political foundation for adhering to the socialist direction of educa-tion and building a modern university system with Chinese characteristics.Promoting the materialization,precision,and nor-malization of political supervision is a powerful guarantee for adhering to the principal responsibility system under the leader-ship of the Party Committee,improving the efficiency of university governance,and is also an important measure to deepen modern education reform and innovation.There is a tension between theory and practice in political supervision.It is necessary to strengthen political supervision with no restrictions,full coverage,and zero tolerance,and build an integrated"three no cor-ruption"mechanism to achieve sustainable and healthy development of higher education.
