Reflection and Exploration on the Application for Master's Degree in Local Undergraduate Universities
Local undergraduate colleges and universities are an important component of China's higher education system.Most of these colleges and universities have a history of undergraduate education for more than ten or even twenty years.Their profes-sional construction is becoming increasingly standardized,disciplinary construction has achieved certain results,the talent training environment has significantly improved,and the characteristics of education are gradually becoming more prominent.The good reputation of undergraduate education and the improvement of disciplinary construction level have laid a solid founda-tion for local applied undergraduate colleges and universities to indicate the level of education.Many local undergraduate univer-sities have set the application for a master's degree granting unit(referred to as"applying for a master's degree")as their devel-opment goal during the 14th Five Year Plan period.The author combines the actual situation of participating this application work,and provides some thoughts and explorations on how local undergraduate universities carry out their application work.
