The Research Focuses on the Speed Control System of a Production Line Based on SVPWM
The production lines of modern factories mostly rely on asynchronous motors for power transmission,but the accura-cy of motor speed regulation,response time and other parameters have an important impact on product quality and work effi-ciency.In view of the demand of large-scale assembly line,the control circuit of assembly line speed regulation system is studied by using space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM).The simulation model of frequency conversion speed regula-tion system is constructed in the Simulink environment and the parameters are set reasonably.The performance of the system is verified by simulation.The results show that the assembly line speed regulation system using SVPWM,using the PI control mode of current inner loop and speed outer loop,can realize the speed adjustment in the range of 0~1600 r/min,and the re-sponse time of large-scale assembly line frequency conversion speed regulation system is less than 30 ms.The system has the advantages of high speed accuracy and short response time,which meets the demand of modern industrial assembly line.
