A ZIKV Infection Model with Vaccination and Standard Incidence Rate
A ZIKV infection model with vaccination and standard incidence rate was investigated.The basic reproduction number(R0)of the model was obtained by applying the next generation matrix method,the existence of equilibrium and local stability of the model were proved.The results showed that,when R0<1,the disease-free equilibrium is locally asymptotically stable;when R0>1,the endemic equilibrium is locally asymptotically stable.The dynamics of disease transmissions were analyzed based on the effect of vaccination on viral infection.
