Study on Luminescence Stability of Perovskite Quantum Dots Prepared by In-situ Method
CsPbBr3 perovskite light-emitting thin films was prepared by an in-situ method in response to the stability problem of perovskite quantum dots materials. The structure was characterized by X-ray diffraction and AFM image. The fluorescence changes of the film were investigated after being heated and cooled down several times and after soaking in water when the film was pumped by a 355 nm UV light source. The results showed that the perovskite light-emitting thin films prepared by this method had recoverable fluorescence after being heated several times and during the cooling process,as well as good hydrophobic stability after soaking in water.
