Research Advances in Methods for Predicting Transcription Start Sites
The important role of computational localization method in TSS identification was explained in detail,the modeling principles,DNA sequence features collected and running efficiency of various forecasting tools were emphatically analyzed.Furthermore,the development trends of TSS prediction in future was explored,which laying a good foundation for effective study on TSS localization and regulation of gene transcription.
