芥菜紫色叶片相关分子标记的开发和应用

针对紫叶芥菜和绿叶芥菜基因型鉴定问题,以紫叶芥菜ZiYi和绿叶芥菜LvYi亲本及其构建的F1和F2群体为研究材料,采用分子标记方法,研究了 BjPur基因在双亲之间的差异,并开发了 2对叶色特异的分子标记.进一步利用这2对分子标记对8份紫叶和红叶芥菜的基因型进行了鉴定.结果显示,利用这些分子标记能够快速区分芥菜不同叶色材料的基因型.
Development and Application of Molecular Markers Related to Purple Leaf in Brassica Juncea
To identify the genotype of purple-leaf and green-leaf mustards,the parental lines of purple-leaf mustard ZiYi and green-leaf mustard LvYi and their constructed F1 and F2 populations were used as research materials.Using molecular marker technology,the differences of BjPur gene between the parents were studied,and two pairs of leaf color-specific molecular markers were developed.These molecular markers were further used to identify the genotypes of eight purple-leaf and red-leaf mustards.The results showed that these molecular markers could be used to rapidly distinguish the genotypes of different leaf color materials in mustard.
