Impact of High-speed Rail on the Development Efficiency of Low-carbon Tourism Based on the DEA-Malmquist Model:A Case Study of Zhengzhou Urban Agglomeration
The DEA-BCC model and the Malmquist index method were used to measure the relevant data of Zhengzhou urban agglomeration from 2010 to 2020.The results showed that:(1)The average comprehensive development efficiency of low-carbon tourism in Zhengzhou urban agglomeration was low and the overall decline was fluctuating, and the comprehensive development efficiency of a few cities were at a good level.(2)The comprehensive development efficiency of low-carbon tourism in Zhengzhou urban agglomeration was quite different, and the advantages of urban transportation accessibility in the region were not fully played,so it was difficult to promote the integrated and coordinated development of low-carbon tourism.(3)From the perspective of spatial distribution, the development of low-carbon tourism by high-speed rail showed an increasing trend in some underdeveloped areas, but it showed a downward trend in more developed areas.
