压力负荷对大学生智能手机依赖的影响

摘要
目的 探讨压力负荷对大学生智能手机依赖的影响以及无法容忍不确定性和消极应对方式在其中的影响机制.方法 采用简版压力负荷量表(SOS-S)、无法容忍不确定性量表(IUS-12)、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)、智能手机依赖量表简版(SAS-SV)对556名大学生进行调查.结果 ①压力负荷与无法容忍不确定性、消极应对方式、智能手机依赖呈正相关(r=0.43,0.33,0.36;P<0.01),无法容忍不确定性与消极应对方式、智能手机依赖呈正相关(r=0.35,0.63;P均<0.01),消极应对方式与智能手机依赖呈正相关(r=0.36;P<0.01).②压力负荷不仅直接影响大学生智能手机依赖,而且存在3条间接路径:无法容忍不确定性的中介效应[Bootstrap 95%CI(0.18,0.29)];消极应对方式的中介效应[Bootstrap 95%CI(0.01,0.06)];无法容忍不确定性、消极应对方式的链式中介效应[Bootstrap 95%CI(0.01,0.03)].结论 压力负荷越大,大学生对智能手机的依赖越强,压力负荷也可以通过无法容忍不确定性和消极应对方式增加大学生的智能手机依赖.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of stress overload on college students'smartphone addiction and the influence mechanism of intolerance of uncertainty and negative coping styles.Methods A total of 556 college students were surveyed using the Reduced Stress Load Scale(SOS-S),the Intolerance of Uncertainty Scale(IUS-12),the Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ),and the Smartphone Addiction Scale(SAS-SV).Results ① Stress overloading was significantly correlated with intolerance of uncertainty,negative coping styles and smartphone addiction(r=0.43,0.33,0.36;P<0.01).Intolerance of uncertainty was significantly correlated with negative coping styles and smartphone addiction(r=0.35,0.63;P<0.01).And negative coping styles was also significantly correlated with smartphone addiction(r=0.36,P<0.01).②Stress overload not only affected college students'smartphone addiction directly,but also had indirect three paths:the mediator of intolerance of uncertainty(Bootstrap 95%CI:0.18,0.29),the mediator of negative coping styles(Bootstrap 95%CI:0.01,0.06),and the chain mediating role of both intolerance of uncertainty and negative coping styles(Bootstrap 95%CI:0.01,0.03).Conclusion The greater the stress load,the stronger the dependence of college students on smartphones,and the stress overload could also increase smartphone addiction through uncertainty and negative coping style.
