摘要

目的 探讨身体活动与小学高年级学生亲社会行为的关系,拟合情绪智力的中介作用模型.方法 采用方便抽样法,选取河南省某小学450名五、六年级学生为调查对象,运用青少年体力活动问卷、亲社会行为问卷、小学生情绪智力问卷对其进行线上问卷调查.结果 ①身体活动与小学高年级学生亲社会行为呈正相关(r=0.38,P<0.01);身体活动与情绪智力呈正相关(r=0.30,P<0.01);情绪智力与小学高年级学生亲社会行为呈正相关(r=0.36,P<0.01).②情绪智力在身体活动与小学高年级学生亲社会行为间起部分中介作用.结论 身体活动不仅能够直接影响小学高年级学生亲社会行为,还能够通过情绪智力中介效应间接影响小学高年级学生亲社会行为.

Abstract

Objective To explore the relationship between physical activity and prosocial behavior of senior primary school students and fit the mediating role model of emotional intelligence.Methods A convenient sampling method was used to select 450 students from grade 5 to 6 in a primary school in Henan Province as the survey objects,and an online questionnaire survey was conducted by using an adolescent physical activity questionnaire,a prosocial behavior questionnaire,and an emotional intelligence questionnaire.Results ①Physical activity was positively correlated with the prosocial behavior of senior primary school students(r=0.38,P<0.01).Physical activity was positively correlated with emotional intelligence(r=0.30,P<0.01).There was a significant positive correlation between emotional intelligence and prosocial behavior(r=0.36,P<0.01).②Emotional intelligence partially mediates the relationship between physical activity and the prosocial behavior of senior primary school students.Conclusion Physical activity can not only directly affect the prosocial behavior of senior primary school students,but also indirectly affect their prosocial behavior through the mediation effect of emotional intelligence.
