摘要

目的 调查小学生父母正念养育现状,寻找提升父母正念养育水平的相关对策.方法 采用正念养育量表对1 136名小学生父母进行问卷调查.结果 正念养育问卷得分在不同性别(P<0.05)、孩子数量(P<0.05)、个人收入(P<0.01)以及家庭收入(P<0.01)间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 提升小学生父母正念养育水平的方法:提升感知经济能力,增强父母养育信心;进行正念训练,缓解父母养育压力;家校政多方合作,提升父母养育能力.

Abstract

Objective To investigate the current situation of contemporary parents'mindfulness parenting of primary school students and put forward countermeasures to improve their parents'mindfulness parenting level.Methods A total of 1136 parents of primary school students were investigated with the Mindfulness Parenting Questionnaire.Results There were significant differences in the scores of the mindfulness in Parenting Questionnaire in gender(P<0.05),number of children(P<0.05),personal income(P<0.01)and family income(P<0.01).Conclusion This paper puts forward the methods to improve the mindfulness parenting level of primary school students'parents in the new era from three aspects:improve parents'perceived economic ability and enhance their parenting confidence;carry out mindfulness training to alleviate the parenting pressure;Families,schools and the government should cooperate ot improve parenting efficiency.
