摘要
目的 探究积极心理团体辅导对大学生心理健康的影响,设计易于推广的结构化团体辅导方案.方法 对齐齐哈尔市的大学生进行问卷调查,选取 48 名(男生 15 名,女生 33 名)自愿参加的大学生为被试,分为试验组 24 名(男生 7 名,女生 17 名)和对照组 24 名(男生 8 名,女生 16名),试验组进行每周 1 次共 8 次的积极心理团体辅导,对照组不参与.采用抑郁-焦虑-压力量表简体中文版(DASS-21)对试验组和对照组进行前后测量分析.结果 试验组干预前后的抑郁(t=8.483,P<0.001)、焦虑(t=6.995,P<0.001)、压力(t=8.331,P<0.001)得分差异有统计学意义,结论 根据积极心理学PERMA理论,设计有针对性的团体辅导方案能有效改善大学生的心理健康.
Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of positive psychological counseling on the mental health of college students in the epidemic situation,and to design a structured group counseling program that can be easily replicated.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on college students from a university in Qiqihar city,and 48 college students(15 males and 33 females)who volunteered to participate were selected as subjects,and were divided into the experimental group(7 male students,17 female students)and the control group(8 male students,16 female students).The experimental group received positive psychological group counseling once a week for a total of 8 times,while the control group did not participate.The Chinese Simplified Chinese Version of the Depression-Anxiety-Stress Scale(DASS-21)was used to measure and analyze the experimental group and the control group.Results There were significant differences in the scores of depression(t=8.483,P<0.001),anxiety(t=6.995,P<0.001)and stress(t=8.331,P<0.001)of the experimental group before and after intervention,while there was no significant difference in the scores of the control group.Conclusion According to the PERMA theory of positive psychology,the design of targeted group counseling programs can effectively improve the mental health of college students.
