摘要
目的 了解医学生专业心理求助行为的障碍因素.方法 以理论域为框架,自行设计专业心理求助障碍因素量表,便利抽取天津市3所医学类院校的大学生进行调查.结果 共调查387名医学生.在障碍因素的 10 个维度中,记忆力注意力与决策维度和情感维度得分较低,分别为(2.6±0.8)分和(3.0±1.0)分.男性、农村生源、非独生子女、低年级的医学生在多个维度得分低.结论 管理者可通过加强宣传教育、正向引导、增强心理咨询可及性、承诺隐私保护等措施,减弱障碍因素,提升医学生专业心理求助的积极性.
Abstract
Objective To understand the barriers to professional psychological help-seeking behaviour among medical students.Methods Using the Theoretical Domains Framework(TDF)as the framework,we designed scale of professional psychological help-seeking barrier factors.We conveniently selected college students from three medical colleges and universities in Tianjin for the investigation,using independent sample t-test,one-way ANOVA to analyze obstacle factors.Results A total of 387 medical students were investigated.Among the 10 dimensions of obstacle factors,the memory,attention and decision-making dimension and the emotion dimension scored 2.6±0.8 and 3.0±1.0 respectively.Male,rural students,non-only child,lower grades medical students scored low on multiple dimensions.Conclusion Medical college administrators need pay attention to the support of medical students in the fields of memory,attention,decision-making and emotion,and pay more attention to male students,lower grades,rural students and non-only children.By strengthening public education,positive guidance,enhancing the accessibility of psychological counseling,and promising privacy protection,administrators can reduce the obstacle factors and improve the enthusiasm of medical students to seek professional psychological help.
