摘要

目的 了解医学院校大学生的情绪调节、生命意义感以及生涯适应力的状况,分析情绪调节能否通过生命意义感来影响医学生的生涯适应力.方法 采用大学生日常情绪调节问卷、生命意义感问卷和生涯适应力问卷,对医科大学的 4 453 名在校学生进行问卷调查.结果 ①情绪调节和生命意义感分别可以正向预测生涯适应力(r=0.196、0.545,P<0.01);②情绪调节方式可以预测生命意义感(r=0.285,P<0.01);③情绪调节通过生命意义感为中介途径,对生涯适应力产生正向影响,生命意义感的中介效应占总效应的比值为77%.结论 情绪调节能力可以直接正向预测医学生生涯适应力,生命意义感在两者之间起中介作用.

Abstract

Objective To understand the status of emotion regulation,sense of life meaning,and career adaptability among medical college students,and to analyze whether emotion regulation can affect their career adaptability through the sense of life meaning.Methods Using the Daily Emotion Regulation Questionnaire,the Sense of Life Meaning Questionnaire,and the Career Adaptability Questionnaire,a survey was conducted among 4,453 students enrolled in a medical university in a northwestern province.Results ① Emotion regulation and sense of life meaning can significantly positively predict career adaptability(r=0.196,0.545,P<0.01);②Emotion regulation can significantly predict sense of life meaning(r=0.285,P<0.01);③ Emotion regulation has a positive impact on career adaptability through the mediating role of sense of life meaning,and the mediating effect of sense of life meaning accounts for 77%of the total effect.Conclusion Emotion regulation ability can directly and positively predict the career adaptability of medical students,and the sense of life meaning plays a mediating role between them.
