摘要

目的 分析自尊对高中生生命意义的影响及自我效能感和积极应对的链式中介作用.方法 使用自尊量表、一般自我效能量表、简易应对方式的积极应对分量表和生命意义量表对 811 名高中生进行问卷调查,采用SPSS 26.0和Amos 23.0对数据进行统计分析并建立结构方程模型.结果 研究发现,在控制了高中生的性别和年龄后,高中生自尊、自我效能感、积极应对与其生命意义均呈正相关(P<0.001);多重中介模型中,高中生自尊水平对其生命意义的直接预测作用显著(P<0.001),同时可以通过自我效能和积极应对的中介作用而间接影响其生命意义(P<0.001),并且通过二者的链式中介作用影响生命意义(P<0.001).结论 高中生的自我效能和积极应对在其自尊与生命意义之间起链式中介作用.应注重提升自尊水平,关注高中生自我效能感的培养,促进其积极应对事件,从而拥有积极的生命意义.

Abstract

Objective To explore the influence of self-esteem on the meaning in life for high school students,as well as the chained mediating role of self-efficacy and positive coping.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 811 high school students using the Self-esteem Scale,General Self-Efficacy Scale,Positive Coping Subscale of the Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire,and the Meaning of Life Scale.The data were statistically analyzed and a structural equation model was established using SPSS 26.0 and Amos 23.0.Results After controlling for the gender and age of high school students,there were significant positive correlations between self-esteem,self-efficacy,positive coping,and meaning of life among high school students(P<0.001).In the multiple mediation model,the direct predictive effect of high school students'self-esteem on their meaning of life was significant(P<0.001),and it could also indirectly affect their meaning of life through the mediating roles of self-efficacy and positive coping(P<0.001).Additionally,it could also influence the meaning of life through the chained mediating effect of both factors(P<0.001).Conclusion Self-efficacy and positive coping play a chained mediating role between self-esteem and meaning of life among high school students.Therefore,emphasis should be placed on improving the level of self-esteem,paying attention to the cultivation of high school students'self-efficacy,and promoting their positive ways of coping with events,so as to possess a positive meaning of life.
